Corenic Construction is proud to serve as the General Contractor for the Harbor Bank of Maryland’s new Silver Spring branch, located at 1010 Wayne Avenue. This 1,563-square-foot project is a full interior fit-out designed to modernize the space and support the operational needs of a leading community-focused financial institution.

The scope of work includes the relocation of existing HVAC systems, installation of new electrical and plumbing infrastructure, new wall partitions, sliding doors, and upgraded millwork and flooring. Corenic’s team also managed the integration of ATM equipment and other banking technology to ensure a seamless, customer-ready environment.

In addition to interior improvements, the building’s exterior received refreshed cladding and new awnings to elevate its curb appeal and brand presence.

Corenic collaborated closely with the architectural team at Sulton Campbell Britt & Associates and maintained proactive coordination with subcontractors and ownership. Corenics team led the on-site execution with a focus on quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
