At Corenic, we work with our clients, side by side, to understand the mission of the project, analyze the risk, and provide innovative solutions to bring our client’s ideas to reality. We begin every project with the end in mind. We manage by fact and deliver on time, every time. We do this by integrating Preconstruction & Procurement, Project Management & Construction Management, Commissioning & Move Management, and Warranty & Quality Control.
PreConstruction
The preconstruction approach used by Corenic Construction guarantees that we will be able to execute high-quality projects on schedule and on budget. For the benefit of our clients and project teams, our method is open, transparent, and communicative. All members of the Corenic Construction team, from Virtual Construction to our project superintendents, participate in the preconstruction phase. The team, under the direction of our preconstruction manager, produces and presents cost benefit analysis, material alternative studies, scheduling approaches, and budget scenarios. Our field superintendents are essential in creating project schedules and logistics plans that take into account the requirements of the customer as well as the practicalities of the job site.
Construction
The collaborative approach at Corenic Construction is still very much in place during the project’s construction phase. In order to overcome problems during the building stage, our proactive project management teams and field workers make use of their technical skills. We collaborate with all project stakeholders to provide a systemized project delivery that meets the needs of every customer, from mobilization on-site through the conclusion of the punch list. Our success depends on effective communication. We maintain connection with all parties engaged in the project through a variety of channels, all of which are controlled by our management system. We are able to successfully produce results by freely discussing and communicating and utilizing the combined talents of our personnel.
