Corenic Construction Group completed the interior renovation of a high-end used car showroom for Bugatti of Washington, located at 21826 Pacific Blvd in Sterling, VA. This 2,183-square-foot project was delivered under a design-bid-build contract and focused on transforming an existing dealership space into a refreshed, modern environment aligned with Bugatti’s luxury brand.

The scope of work included the demolition of outdated finishes, framing of new partitions, and installation of millwork, tile flooring, and other interior upgrades. Corenic also performed minor MEP modifications to accommodate the new layout. Owner-supplied fixtures and finishes were seamlessly integrated into the space, maintaining alignment with Bugatti’s elevated design standards.

Corenic worked closely with GOREE architects and Lithia Motors to ensure design alignment, technical precision, and schedule adherence. The result is a streamlined, showroom-ready space tailored to the performance and luxury expectations associated with the Bugatti name.
