Corenic Construction Group partnered with Vantage Data Centers to complete a strategic interior build-out on the second floor of an existing facility at 22435 Glenn Drive in Sterling, VA. This 2,440-square-foot fit-out was designed to enhance the efficiency and function of the workplace while supporting Vantage’s evolving operational needs.

The project scope included minimal demolition and interior construction to deliver open office space, private offices, a conference room, and storage areas. Upgrades featured glass storefronts, drywall, ACT ceilings, millwork pantry, electrical systems, and sprinkler relocations.
