Christian Emezie
Vice President of Construction
With more than 12 years of project management experience in the Mid-Atlantic construction market, Mr. Emezie has been responsible for the planning, negotiating, and managing of commercial, municipal, and multi-family residential projects. He has extensive knowledge in commercial interiors, retail, capital improvements, restaurants, lobby renovations, base building, multi-family residential, heavy-civil construction, preconstruction services, and value engineering.
As a dedicated and results-driven professional, he has a solid background in construction management and business leadership. He has amassed experience in overseeing and managing complex construction projects, focusing on optimizing operations and maximizing profitability.
In his prior roles, he has led the charge in managing corporate partnerships, employing strategic analysis of market trends, deal requirements, and financial data, while also overseeing business operations, implementing policy enhancements, and ensuring optimal efficiency in all facets of the organization. He has successfully managed preconstruction and construction activities for large-scale projects, developed and maintained project schedules, conducted constructability reviews, negotiated contract agreements, and managed project financials, demonstrating his expertise in project management and financial control.
In his role, Christian is responsible for client satisfaction, safety, project performance, as well as recruitment and retention.
Outside of his professional achievements, he is actively engaged in industry-related initiatives and organizations. He has participated in the Leadership Development Programs, served on Legislative and Workforce Development Committees, showcasing his commitment to industry advancement and advocacy.
He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and a graduate of Salisbury State University’s Purdue School of Business, from where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
