Stefanie B. Lomax is a HR subject matter expert with over 20 years of corporate HR experience. Her areas of focus and expertise is in developing HR strategies for businesses so that as they grow, their HR infrastructure also grows. She serves as a partner to the C-Suite and ensures the HR strategy is aligned with the overall organizational strategy. This includes strategies around performance management, benefits, talent management, compensation, training, compliance, and employee relations.

Stefanie received her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and her Master’s degree in HR Management from University of Maryland Global Campus. She holds HR certifications from both HRCI and SHRM and has spoken at conferences and workshops on a variety of HR topics. She has worked with national and international organizations with up to 1,000 employees and has served as a mentor to those seeking to transition into HR or grow their HR experience.

When she is not managing HR projects and processes, Stefanie spends time with her husband and two sons. Together they enjoy traveling, cooking and trying different restaurants for brunches!
