With over 17 years of professional experience, Mr. Morrow’s focus is to increase management’s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counseling managers. His role encompasses communication of Corenic’s values, strategies, and objectives internally and externally. He accomplishes company objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results from measurements; reviewing progress, and making mid-course corrections. Another key responsibility for Mr. Morrow is building Corenic’s image by collaborating with customers, government entities, community organizations, and employees. He assists in maintaining Corenic’s track record for quality service by establishing, enhancing, and enforcing organization standards throughout the company’s platform.
