1400 Spec Suites

This project consisted of four spec suites including corridor modifications on multiple floors designed by Fox Architects totaling 13,155 SF of interior fit-out. The project was in a newly renovated building including new offices with full glass walls, open areas for workstations, ceramic tile lobbies, solid surface pantries that included islands, copy rooms integrated into the same room, and multiple glass front conference rooms. The project also included open ceilings mixed with ACT and axiom trim, multiple drywall ceiling locations, and LED lighting throughout.
