Corenic Constructions renovated approximately 33,000 SF of existing building shell space to a new office space. The schedule was drafted on an accelerated 6-day work week schedule in order to meet the owner’s required move-in date afterwards. Work included all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure. There was new lighting, demountable glass office partitions, folding wall partitions, acoustical ceiling and carpet & vinyl flooring. The accelerated schedule includes coordination with owner AV, security, telecom furniture vendor to achieve target move-in date.
