BMW Renovation and MINI Dealership Addition

Construction of a new BMW Mini Showroom and update of existing BMW areas throughout the facility. This project was completed in phases to allow for temporary occupancy in different parts of the building. The phases included select demolition, construction of temporary offices, permanent offices, new vehicle delivery bay, customer lounges, updated MEPS systems, parts counter, showroom, and installation of interior and exterior EV chargers.
