Captain White’s Seafood Market, a family-owned business that has proudly served the community for over half a century, has long been a beloved staple. We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to support their vision through this renovation. Repositioning their 5,183 SF building into a modern seafood market was an exciting challenge involving extensive upgrades to both the structure and the building systems. The goal was to ensure that the space would meet the demands of a thriving environment while preserving the market’s longstanding reputation.

The scope of the work was comprehensive, beginning with significant structural upgrades to enhance the building’s stability and safety. In addition to these foundational improvements, the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were thoroughly upgraded to support the new layout and increase operational efficiency. A key part of the project was the transformation of the building’s façade, which included the installation of new windows and refinishing the brick exterior. These upgrades revitalized the building’s appearance and enhanced its curb appeal, creating an inviting and modern storefront that reflects Captain White’s commitment to quality.

Inside, the market received a complete refresh with new interior finishes designed to create a welcoming and functional environment for customers and staff. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of durability and cleanliness, essential for a seafood market setting.
