Century Spec Suites

This project consisted of four spec suites, a full renovation of an existing set of men’s and women’s restrooms, and the addition of two new single-stall unisex restrooms in two adjacent buildings. The project was designed by Fox Architects totaling 24,006 SF of interior fit-out. The project introduced a lot of new features for this older building including new offices with full glass walls, open areas for work stations, ceramic tile, and solid surface pantries, copy rooms, and multiple glass front conference rooms. The project also included open ceilings mixed with ACT and drywall ceilings, polished concrete floors, and LED lighting throughout. One of the main features of the project included an all-glass retractable conference room that required structural steel to support the load.
