Interior build-out of 11,802 SF high-end office space. This project included extensive millwork, specialty lighting for alcove and pocket ceilings, ramps, glass partitions, and a training/conference center with its technology package. New mechanical and electrical systems and plumbing were included as part of the project. In addition to millwork, the floor finishes, paint, and carpet were all high-end.
