Courthouse Lobby & Restrooms

Corenic Construction was involved from design through construction to assist the client with value engineering, constructability reviews, and scheduling. The project consisted of a full renovation of the building’s main lobby, common area restrooms, and garage-level lobbies. The two-story lobby was reduced in size to provide the building with additional rentable square footage. Extensive millwork, including two-story wood walls, stone floors, miscellaneous metals, and specialty lighting was incorporated into the project.
