This project was an approximately 30,000 SF build-out completed in phases over several months. Due to the project being a secured space, government escorts were required. The scope of work involved the installation of new offices, flooring, doors, frames and hardware, HVAC modifications, electrical upgrades, a new LAN room, and additional requirements to keep the integrity of the secured full floor. Blast film was applied for exterior windows and glass for the weapons room. Structural steel framing was constructed for the raised floor area. Tempered glass partitions and moveable partition were integrated into the new ceiling systems. New lighting, mechanical, power, fire alarm, and sprinklers were installed throughout the space.
