Executive Leadership Council

The ELC project was a build-out of approximately 8,340 SF of tenant office space in Washington, D.C. Project work included new metal stud framing, drywall, doors, hardware, and lighting. There were mechanical modifications that included a new air conditioning unit and devices, fire alarm, sprinkler modifications, millwork, solid surface counters, and new finishes throughout. The finishes included new paint, carpet, porcelain tile, polished concrete, vinyl and wood base, and wall-coverings. The work was completed over 15 weeks.
