This project for FDA was an approximately 80,000 SF, which consisted of 4 floor tenant build-out for GSA. The project included full demolition of floors 4-7 including all MEP infrastructure. The project consisted of new walls, ceiling, floors with some full glass partitions, new lighting with lighting controls, millwork, new security system to include CCTV, full AV, new cabling for Information Technology, 3 form panels, Ceramic flooring in the pantries, back splashes, new “Quiet Rooms”, mothers rooms, and a full mechanical upgrade to include a new BMS system and new Air Handlers.
