Corenic Construction Group partnered with the Greater Washington Community Foundation to deliver a complete interior renovation of their downtown DC headquarters at 1750 H St. NW Washington DC. This 5,669-square-foot tenant fit-out reflects the Foundation’s mission-driven focus while providing a high-functioning, modern workspace for its team and partners.

Working in close collaboration with architect Michael Marshall Design and CRESA, Corenic transformed the office into a welcoming, efficient, and flexible environment. The renovation included upgrades to interior finishes, lighting, and layout—tailored to enhance productivity and promote a collaborative atmosphere.

The project reflects Corenic’s commitment to delivering impactful commercial spaces for organizations making a difference in the communities they serve.
