Corenic Construction Group completed the renovation of the second floor of the University Student Center at The George Washington University, located at 2121 I Street NW in Washington, DC. Spanning 3,774 square feet, the project reimagined existing spaces to support student life and academic programming with new offices, conference rooms, a lounge, and a pantry/copy area.
The scope of work included demolition of the theatre, dance studio, and storage areas, along with construction of new partitions and complete MEP upgrades. Interior finishes were updated throughout to create a modern and collaborative environment that enhances student experience and campus functionality.
