This buildout consisted of complete demolition of the existing space as well as ADA upgrades to the sidewalk and parking lot. Scope included new storefront, client specific millwork, motorized fabric shades, and teller scrim shade, vertical hardwood ceiling planks, 2 new single restrooms, new split system HVAC, and all new LED linear lights.
