Maritime West Stack

Full renovation of 16 restrooms in the West Side of Maritime II Building. Corenic completed this set of Restroom as Phase III of the property’s restroom renovation program. The program required careful coordination, concise communication, and strict adherence to the schedule to make sure the client and the building’s tenants were not majorly inconvenienced. The restroom interiors were demolished and new plumbing, lighting, tile, and accessories were installed.
