Shady Glen Fire / EMS & CPAT

Ground up build of two structures for the Prince George’s County Fire Department located in Capitol Heights, Maryland. Fire/EMS building includes 4 apparatus bays, gear room, bunk rooms, exercise rooms and kitchen/dining rooms. The CPAT building houses a course facility, fitness center, class training room and proctor’s lounge, registrations and other support facilities. Prefabricated steel building on spread and continuous footings. The exterior comprises of concrete plaster and brick veneer finish and standing seam metal roof.
