Full floor renovation bringing in the original character of the building by keeping the coffer ceilings exposed yet modernizing the look. The project required complex coordination utilizing a detailed walker duct system for IT and electrical home runs. Features include walls of glass for conference rooms, demo rooms, training rooms, and executive offices that are divided by additional conference rooms. Custom millwork islands and built-ins are finished off with solid surface counters that intersect wood wall details with additional glass. There are also TV niches that finish off with fabric-wrapped panels and wallpaper in several areas throughout the space.
