This project included full-floor 29,000 SF demolition and build-out. Scope included Transwall demountable partitions at 111 offices, 1 conference room, and 1 large multipurpose conference room, a mixture of new 2×2 and 2×4 LED lights, poke through floor boxes, fire alarm, and relocating 11 variable air volume units, and adding 14 new.
