Watergate Fitness

Demolition of existing office space to accommodate build-out of the contemporary fitness center and locker rooms. The project required interior insulated spiral ductwork, extensive metal railing for different floor levels, specialized flooring, and waterproofing of concrete and walls for wet areas. Locker rooms consisted of modern finishes, porcelain tile throughout, and recessed access lighting in walls and ceiling.
